2.更新【控制设备】接口
内容： 对请求参数中的的设备属性点进行了限制，限制如下：
（1）传入参数名operation，operation_T ，operation_B，参数值必须是0|1|2|5，否则返回参数无效
（2）传入参数名targetPosition，targetPosition_T ，targetPosition_B，参数值必须是0～100，否则返回参数无效
（3）传入参数名targetAngle，参数值必须是0～180，否则返回参数无效
