接口描述

充电柜端口状态推送（设备主动上报解除占用时，或者是充电柜端口状态定时上报时会调此接口进行回调）

说明：portStatuses，对应端口号状态例：设备录入的时候如果端口号为10，此字段返回的数组有11个，前端轮循时应该忽略第一个值，即不应从数组0轮循显示，应该从数组1开始 For example, 10-way devices. There are 11 arrays returned in this field. The first value should be ignored in front-end round robin, that is it should not be displayed in turn 0 of the array, but should start with array 1.
